Strider Clark

Evaluate the ease and speed of the master’s movements. There is no feeling of tension in the muscles and shoulder girdle.
A person does not show off with his movements, does not spend effort on the formation of a form.
Everything is aimed at the other for defense and attack. Look at his airy – “ladies’ hands”
hitting the target with great speed. And notice there is no reset in the movement – it continues
and regulated by its center. There is a feeling of isolation in lightness and speed.
There is no huge fist carrying the power of a knockout with muscle tension and a reset of movement.
When it is necessary to gain strength again to start the movement and due to this, a pause is formed
in motion. Set – reset – pause. A pause is a breach in the defense. It must be minimized.
This is achieved by closed movement due to lightness in the limbs.
